I’ve personally called them many times.. and they have excellent customer service. if this number can’t help you.. I’m sure they can provide another #. Yahoo is a multi-billion dollar company and they didn’t get there by having a poorly ran business with bad customer service.

Yahoo do not answer call, I used to pay for my Email nobody was able to pick up the calls, I just drooped it, you may get you not they have the worst customer care
